Sex For Love!
Girls use sex to get love….
Boys use love to get sex….
Too bad no one uses a condom in the process…
So now….
Babies use milk to live,
Young mommies use alcohol to deal,
And young daddies use excuses to get by….
by Audra Luke
We did this spoof on Tyra back when she had her show! It is funny as hell! Just had to share it!!!
He Said / She Said
She said:
I need you to show me that you care….and that you’ll be there,
I don’t want to cry anymore,
Or think that there’s someone else that you adore.
I don’t want you to just see me,
then sex me,
then caress me,
and then leave me….
I want you to love me,
to want me,
to hold me,
and never scold me…
Why can’t you do that!?
He said:
I’m sorry… did you just say something?
by Audra Luke
Why He Doesn’t Love You!
You beg for attention,
You cry when you don’t get it,
You stand when he stands,
You sit when he sits,
And if he doesn’t call,
You sit and feel like sh*t!
You let him sweat all over you,
He doesn’t work hard to get it…
He rarely calls,
And walks past you in the halls,
Although you won’t admit it!
You love him more,
than you love yourself,
You want him more,
than you want yourself,
You think he’s worth more,
than you are yourself…
Yet you wonder why,
he can’t love you for yourself….
Maybe it’s time,
To turn those tables
And stop believing
the myths, the lies, and the fables!
Don’t believe the hype,
Because it ain’t true…
You see…
No matter what you say,
What you feel,
or what you do….
A guy will NEVER change,
If YOU can’t even love YOU!

Diary of a Fat Girl
I wish I looked like the chicks in the magazine,
Be the kind of girl,
You notice out in the scene,
I want to be skinny,
And wear all types of sh*t,
I want to be noticed
By every Tom, Harry… and Dick
I want other girls to see me,
Wanna be me,
Be the one that they envy…
I want guys to want me,
Beg to have me,
Lie to get me…
When I see food,
I don’t want to crave it,
Want to crush it,
Or feel like I lust it…
I just want to be,
Like other girls that I see….
by Audra Luke
If I Was A Boy!
If I was a boy,
I wouldn’t treat your heart like a toy,
I wouldn’t play with your mind,
Just to get mine,
And I wouldn’t pretend that I cared,
Not if,
I really didn’t.
And if you sent me a sexy text,
I promise I wouldn’t share it,
And if we kissed,
I wouldn’t tell,
And what you’d share with me,
I’d share with you,
And together we’d be,
Real….
If I said it,
It would be true,
If I touched it,
You would feel it,
And in the event,
That I saw you while with my friends,
I would actually remember to treat you,
Like you were one to me,
as well.
If I was a boy,
I’d remember the pain of being a girl,
And I would do what I could,
To change the hearts of other boys,
Throughout the world.
If only I was a boy….

Trayvon Martin!!!
Trayvon Martin,
Was a 17 year old, was a son to a woman and man, and a student and friend.
I don't know him, but I bet he loved junk food, like most kids,
I bet he had a girlfriend,
I bet he got into trouble, like most kids,
I bet he he was a blessing to someone,
and I bet he wanted to be something someday.
I don't know his mother, but as a mother,
I bet she cried when she found out he died,
I bet she asked God why his spirit had to fly.
I bet she still sees his face,
in every corner, in every space...
May he rest in peace...
I know that there are a lot of feelings surrounding his death...but may we never forget that a child died that day...another child. Hold onto your babies because, as we saw in the numerous school shootings that have occured in the past, it could be any one of our kids, at any moment.

Dear Friends, thought of sharing this, it will be nice to connect with more like-minded - Sid4711 - http://hdln.fm/136dI6u
Hi.
I saw you yesterday.
You looked so sad.
I hate to see you so depressed.
It makes me want to cry.
Even if,
I don’t know why…
It doesn’t matter.
When I called your name.
You turned around.
And even though you smiled.
I could still see the pain in your eyes.
And even though you laughed.
I could still hear the cry in your voice.
And You…
Seeing what I saw…
Turned and began to walk away.
I wanted to grab you back and yell;
“Forget him! He isn’t worth it! You have me and many others who care about you too much to see you go through this!”
I wanted to shake you .
So that you would see in him what I saw…
Nothing.
I wanted to hug you.
So that you’d believe me.
But instead,
I just let you walk away from me.
And as you began,
To disappear into the crowd.
It started to rain,
Or at least it was trying,
But then I was wrong,
It was only me crying.

How to Know if Your Friend is Really Your Friend
Does she laugh when you cry?
When you have a problem, is she too busy to listen?
Does she only want to talk about HER problems?
When you get a boyfriend that makes you happy, does she get silent?
Why is it that we ALWAYS settle for these types of "friends"? I don't know but I can tell you this....
If you laugh when she cries,
are too busy to listen to her problems,
only want to talk to her about YOUR problems, and
get all silent when she has a boyfriend that makes her happy,
Then maybe....just maybe....
YOUR the person that is truly not a good friend.
Takes being a friend to have a good friend.
Just my thoughts.

When It Rains
When it rains I feel like raw crap!
When the sun shines I feel like I am full of life!
Does this make me typical?
A Poem for Depressed Women
My Sister’s Keeper
Written By Audra Luke ©
Depression is a motha-
And just because someone else can’t understand
Why you feel, the way you feel,
Doesn’t make it any less real.
And opening your closet,
To dust off old bones,
I know it takes heart, and it’s hard to do,
Especially when the only person fighting the battle
Is you.
But at some point
Your need to be free has to catapult
This relationship you have with self doubt,
And your desire to see in yourself
What everyone else seems to see,
And your want, your craving, and your longing
To look forward to the day
That you actually feel like getting out of your bed,
And having a spirit that’s been fed
And a heart that no longer sheds
Lonely tears,
Feeling sorry,
When God knows, there’s no need to.....
‘Cause, believe it or not,
It IS all about you,
And you can see this thing through,
And dying doesn’t have to be your only option of escape
When your burdens seem too heavy to bare,
And you feel no one else could possibly care,
Let alone relate to this self-hate,
And jacked up feeling that not even you can understand.
Like having 84% humidity at 90 degrees,
And you’re still sitting around
Trying to figure out why you can’t breathe!
See, I don’t even know you,
And yet we’re connected...... all women are!
I was there when you lost that person,
And you were there when someone stole my innocence,
And the common bond that we share,
Is our ability to face it head on,
And deal with it,
Knowing that we might be alone, but then again
Not really.
Because with each teardrop one of us sheds,
The other one feels.
And a collection of tears doesn’t necessarily
Have to create a pool,
For someone else to drown in.
Instead,
I’d like to believe it forms a healing cool stream,
Created by the worlds most reliable team of WOMEN,
Whose strength tends to be ignored,
So much so,
That we tend to forget we even have it.
But that’s alright,
Because someone wants to remind you
That no one else can save you
From the ailments that plague you
From the inside all the way out.
And although that mask you tend to wear
Looks damn good,
Don’t forget...
A mask can be shed,
But not the person underneath,
So,
The next time you want to breathe again,
Take off the mask,
And rinse off your face with the stream
We’ve created WITH you!
Open that closet and slowly work on replacing those dead bones,
With new life,
By using your strength to Deal,
Instead of Run!
Do it for the survival of YOU!
It took me years to get there,
And now,
It’s time you did, too.
How to Start a Fight
Sit quietly in one spot... When someone approaches you and asks what's wrong, just stare blankly at them... Say nothing… When they ask again…… say nothing…. When they get upset….. say nothing…. When they go off on you…. Say nothing, still… The lesson here? You will see the person fighting themselves. It’s really interesting to see how others handle silence. I think it’s because we all hate the sound of our own inner voice (maybe because we know that there is painful truth in what we hear). Either way, there’s nothing like watching a person start a fight with their own inner being right in front of your own eyes…
Just my thoughts… Audra
I Think Boys Hate Me!
I will beat you in sports,
and I'll laugh when you lose,
I will talk shit to your ego,
the moment it's bruised,
I will love you when you deserve it,
and hate when it's time,
I will write you a poem,
don't care if it rhymes!
I'll pretend I don't care,
who cares if I do,
I will say that I love you,
only if you do, too....
