I'm also sitting here, right now, lightheaded because I just can't push myself to cook. Too many steps, too much sensory input. It sucks. My mother offered to do it, but I can tell she's not happy. She's often unhappy that I'm an adult but can't act like one.

I finished my first session today, and I can't lie and say it wasn't disorienting. We purposely didn't cover anything super serious due to my dissociation and spent a while afterwards with grounding.
