Yesterday was pretty good, work was a bit rough my back was hurting quite a bit. I'm going to do some swimming this morning before work to try and loosen everything up. I'm hoping I don't have to pull the wheelchair out.
Food wise yesterday was fine, I wasn't hungry but I was a bit cranky.
