Dante:

He will make any excuse to give his s/o a forehead kiss just

Walking by them while they are busy or even in the hallway he'll just lean over and peck them real quick

And just keep walking on while they either flush or giggle at him for doing so

He loves to curl up in their lap and let them play with his hair

And just brush his bangs back and plant soft kisses on his forehead

He's melting against them, just radiating contented heat off his body

Nero:

Shy boy; I will fight over this fact

He will grab their head and peck them kinda hard on the forehead

And than walk off with a blush deep on his cheeks cause he's a dorky boy lolol

Though when he needs some love and care, he'll flop on their lap

And just groan as the scratch his scalp and press soft kisses to his forehead

He'll deny that he's flustered when his face gets all red; but will ask for more kisses if he really wants/needs them

V:

He loves to brush their bangs back and give little pecks on their forehead when he wants to be affectionate

He gives them forehead kisses if he ever has to leave their side, even if just going to the other room

Totally the type to fall asleep with his lips to their forehead as well

Comb his hair out of his face with your fingers and just nuzzle his forehead or cheeks

And he is nothing but putty in your hands lolol

Vergil:

He's a toughy

Getting affection out of him has to be started with you showing it to him first

If his s/o wonders by and randomly pecks his forehead

He'll look completely baffled and even have the faintest brush of pink on his cheeks

But he absolutely melts if the scratch his scalp and nuzzle his forehead while helping him relax

He'll learn to give them kisses softly on their forehead just because after a while

when bae is lookin like a snack

Dante

    Nothing ever really surprises him, truly; and he already knows what a little firecracker you are.  So to see you getting into (another) argument isn’t something unusual.  He doesn’t even attempt to get out of his seat, instead opting to just sit back and watch you go off on whatever unfortunate soul decided to piss you off while you were well on the way to being whiskey-drunk.

    It’s when he sees you slam your glass down on the countertop so hard that most of its contents slosh out onto your hand that immediately thereafter balls into a fist that Dante realizes you’re being absolutely serious.  In the blink of an eye he’s hauling you up over his shoulder and patting you on the ass, “Easy there, champ  Let’s take this show on the road.”  He gives the guy you were about to deck a look that clearly indicates how lucky he is before toting you outside, where he’ll offer you a much better outlet to your anger.

Nero

    While he knows you don’t take any guff off anyone, it’s still shocking for him to witness seeing you raising a fist to another person.  He knows there must be something seriously wrong for you to resort to unrestrained violence–which means it’s something he shouldn’t be just standing aside for.

    Imagine his surprise when he goes to intervene, but ends up frozen in place once he’s close enough to overhear what the problem was.  Nero doesn’t have a lot of experience of the sibling brand of fighting, so he doesn’t immediately get that you’re not actually going to kill your sister, but it seriously looked like you were trying.

    Once he’s able to get his wits about him, Nero is able to finally pry you off of her, despite the fact you’re still swinging.  “You better not say anything fucked up about Nero ever again!” you shout at her, almost as if you don’t even realize you’re being held up in the air and carried off.

Vergil

    It doesn’t matter how tough you (think you) are, nor how strong you are either.  So long as he is there, he’s going to make sure no harm even has the chance to befall you; including the harm you’d bring upon yourself.

    It wasn’t planned or staged; hell, you didn’t even know Vergil was around as you mouthed out to this less than savory looking thug.  Your intent was to get him to stop harassing this poor girl who was either clearly too nice or too scared to tell him to get lost, but you had no problem doing it for her.  Unfortunately, it just meant that he now had a new target and was not put off in the least that you were not backing down.  One derogatory remark too far was all it took for your fist to rear back, ready to teach him a much-needed lesson in manners.  But instead of his face meeting your knuckles, it was a firm grip around your wrist from behind that stopped you; immediately turning to look over your shoulder only to be met with Vergil’s cold, hard stare.

The woods were full of purple.
