One minute you’re fine, the next minute you’re anything but. Manic depression is no joke. The mania is enough to drive anyone mad, but someone as weak as me? It’s like a part of me is non-existent while the other part of me exists too much. They say it’s like being trapped inside a cage, in your own mind. But it’s not. It’s actually nothing like that. It’s hard to explain. But, It’s as if my mind wanders, it’s too free. It’s too absolute, too much to comprehend. It’s just…too much.. Period.

Books have a way of finding their way into our lives, usually, right when we need them the most.

You become what you think about all day long.

Happiness and freedom begin with a clear understanding of one principle: Some things are within our control, and some things are not.
