Perks of cosmetology school? Getting home from class and not know how hair dye got on your skin… under your gloves.

How is that a perk, exactly? Or was that just poorly timed sarcasm?

I don’t know if I ever need to hear you say iconic ever again, but you know he’s more the type to get one of these instead of you, I think.

It’s a distraction thing..

More doodles? Do you do anything besides sing and doodle?

Well, one of use had to keep an eye on you kids, make sure you’re not causing too much trouble. I keep telling him he should join, but no luck yet. I’m sure he’ll join in soon kiddo. 

Don’t worry, I’m not causing any trouble. I’m hoping so, that’d be like totally iconic if he did. 

It looks like I’m one of the cool pops on social media, I see a few familiar faces on here. I’m sure Kurt would love to see what the kiddos are getting up too. 

If you could find a way to get him on here I’d probably lose my mind, I can’t believe you even made one of these things.

Alexa sighed and offered her a sarcastic smile. “Great, then leave.” She shook her head and turned her head back down to look at her notebook. She really didn’t want to deal with this right now, her hatred for the cheerleaders just growing by the minute but she also wasn’t going to let the other push her around. There was enough of that around school and she couldn’t let the bullies think she was something they could mess with. “The bleachers are a school space, open to anyone who wish to use it. Whatever is happening there on that field, I really don’t fucking care about it, I’m only here before of the fresh air and the quietness. And you’re disturbing that quietness.” She paused. “So unless you’re going to drag me out of here, which you can’t, by the way, I advice you to go back to your stupid jumps and routines or whatever it is that you call that shit.” Alexa said with a shake of her head. 

Personally, Hepburn didn’t have the time or patience for quiet loser types. She had dealt with one too many of them in her past, or wannabe emo skanks. There was a bit of shock that Alexa had even said something, normally people would just scram and it was typically only Brie that bit back at her, but now there was someone else for the young Hummel-Anderson to argue with. “Yeah, the bleachers are a school space but so is the cafeteria or the choir room or any of the fucking classrooms here so why can’t you butt off to one of those? You being here is distracting.” She added, twirling the hair in her ponytail. “It’s not just jumps and routines, but it’s not like you would really know that.”

Well it’s a notebook not a back pack Hep. 

Wait, it’s not in your backpack? I’m a total and utter dumbass. Next question, what does the notebook look like?

Alexa sat on the bleachers, watching as the football team trained on one side and the Cheerios were training on the other. She hated both, sports were never her thing, much less cheer leading. Although, she liked to laugh whenever someone fell or got shouted at by the coach. She had her notebook out, where she liked to draw and write her lyrics, something she would never admit to anyone, not right now anyways. She felt a presence next to her and quickly closed her notebook, looking out at the field. “The bleachers are empty and freaking huge. Do you really have to come sit anywhere near me?” 

Being head Cheerio meant that 80% of the time, Hepburn had to lead practices or at least make sure everything was going accordingly to plan as the Cheerios worked on their national number which also meant it was a closed practice and if anyone saw their routine it could easily get out to another school, so everything had to be kept quiet which didn’t really do any good when they had to practice outside so the glee club could have time to practice their numbers. Back turned to the bleachers, a fellow Cheerio pointed out that someone was on the bleachers. Hepburn turned to see who it was, seeing the person had just consumed herself in her notebook but that didn’t stop the red uniform-clad student from strutting up to the bleachers to confront the girl. Tightening her pony, she rolled her eyes and cocked her head the side. “Actually, I have absolutely no desire to sit by you. I just came to tell you that this is a closed practice. Feel free to take your doodles elsewhere.”

How would the dog…. Wow. I wouldn’t have thought of that excuse.

I was like four, I wasn’t really thinking.

We’re really bringing that nickname back? and home made, who BUYS doodles.

Given that TikTok dude’s sudden popularity, I think it’s only fair. I don’t know, I normally don’t draw on my backpacks. I thought it was a logical question.

Well, if you see it it’s blue and has black sharpie doodles all over it.

I’ll keep an eye out for it, Lil Huddy. Question, are they homemade doodles that you did or did you buy it that way?

TW: death

This week was tough on the red uniformed clad teenager. She was never a fan of country, why would she? It was gross and being raised by two gay men who loved Broadway, she never really was shown that side of music. There was one song, however, that Hepburn would have loved to sing because it felt like her but she didn’t want to get too emotional about her own self and have people think she was weak. Brie, especially.

One thing Hepburn did know in her eighteen years of breathing though, was Gaga and lucky for her Lady Gaga had a decently acclaimed country-pop album and there was one song that was really special to her; Joanne. After losing her boyfriend the previous summer, she had gotten meaner and more bitter more so to people who were in relationships because they had something she didn’t, and it was even worse when those couples would get into arguments. At least they still had their boyfriend or girlfriend. She had nothing and that’s why she was trying to make this year her year; Glee club, head Cheerio, and even hopefully prom queen.

After Brie and Dillion’s obnoxious feud that was going on over something that didn’t concern Hepburn, nor did she really care what. She removed herself from the front row of red chairs and brought herself to the center of the room, smoothing down her neatly red skirt. “To be honest, I hate country music, but I love Lady Gaga and she has a country album so yeah. That’s what we’re doing.” She nodded her head over to Brad the (seemingly immortal) piano player and began with her song.

The song was over as quickly as it began and Hepburn felt a small tear fall down her cheek, but she quickly wiped her eye hoping no one had noticed and then she made her way promptly back to the front row, crossing her legs and arms around her as if to shield herself from her performance.

Hepburn, why are you so smart, cause i haven’t checked the choir room 

So I’ve been told. That’s probably the best place to look, surely it’ll turn up somewhere.

I feel like every time i go into my locker, it ends up eating things. My math binder has just gone missing. does anyone know if ‘my locker ate my homework’ is a good excuse?

I don’t think you’ll really be able to fly that one by a teacher, are you sure you looked around everywhere? Or check if it’s in your backpack?
