his eyes studies the other cautiostly, body rests against the counter, though he still feels this verge of being uncomfortable & intrigued. lets out a mild snort. “oh i know, i’m the whole package, actually. smart, funny and good looking” a teasing tone lingers upon his words, probably to contain the urge of ending this in a quick way. he could. but that wouldn’t be him. he has never been a fan of rushing things up, he likes it slow ; for whatever reason. see, rhys has this constant need of being in control — the unknown infuriates him. but desperate measures? that’s not him, that’s kaleb. so he keeps quiet. and he sees it slipping though his hands & tries to reach it back. “yeah, i’m sure you’d love that but you’re not really my type, man” he straightens his stance as he finally gets a look on how tall the other actually is. his frustration only increases. “what is up with you, anyways? i mean, with that rich ass face? did daddy forgot to give you money or something? look, i’m sure there’s plenty of other places where you can crash. just— do not test me”
“Smart, I’m not so sure yet. Funny, maybe. Good looking? Oh, definitely, at least you’ve got something going for you,” he answered with a grin as he let his eyes make their way up and down the stranger’s body, taing in all of his features. He was certainly good looking, the kind of looks almost anyone could agree were at least nice to look at. The first few seconds of this interaction, Adrian was bored, but now it was becoming slightly amusing. The stranger was... interesting, to say the least. “Ah, that’s disappointing...” his voice and stance, though, contradicted such a statement, since he didn’t actually care. There were bigger things Adrian needed to worry about than being some random guy’s type. Always he attentive one, he noticed the stranger’s posture straightening, and did the same, just to tease. He was already quite tall when he slouched, and an upright posture just made him almost monstruous. “I’m actually pretty comfortable here, but thanks. Since it bothers you so much why don’t you go find someplace else, hm? Don’t test you?” he asked in a mocking tone, pretty close to laughing in his face. “What are you gonna do? Handcuff me to a chair? Wow, scary.”
“Anyways, do you have any cigarettes? I ran out last night, and I could really use one right now.”
