Breakfast: genevila caramel macchiato, nature valley blueberry biscuits, 4x starbursts, 2x slices of daves killer with 1/2T butter and 1T of blackberry jam Lunch: couscous, 1T olive oil, 3x links of applegate chicken and apple sausages, 1oz baby carrots with spicy dip, 2oz of white cheddar cheese Dinner: sake, roasted green tea, croquettes, beef sukiyaki and rice OMG that sukiyaki was really really good. I could only eat 2/3 of it so I get a delicious lunch tomorrow. Omnomnom
