well i started lifting at the start of high school out of necessity, like mainly basic clothes like panties, socks, etc, and warm clothes since i live in canada. my family has always been low income, but my parents r super fucking against lifting. i kinda felt a lot of anger about how unfair it is for some people to have good items in their life, while others have to scramble to get necessities. so now i lift whatever i want tbh. i think i am confident because of how long i did it and because it really was about either lift or be cold, lift or be hungry, etc for a long time. start with easy stores, and slowly go up to more tricky stores. don’t go with partners, i definitely am a lot more confident alone because i know what is happening at all times, but with partners it’s more likely for one of us to mess up. i also like to have one earbud in as it grounds me if i start stressing. i don’t know if it’s actually reality, but i dissociate a lot so to me when i’m lifting it doesn’t feel daunting since i know if i act normal nobody is gonna look at me like i’m a lifter, just act like ur actually a shopper. i also get high, but tbh if u don’t usually smoke don’t do it when lifting since u will probably get paranoid as fuck

was shopping with my bf at a sports store and found THIS backpack. can u believe it. not even hard tagged just a censor sticker. i am CRYING. so cute. and i put my old littlest pet shop keychain on it, i am going insane it is so cute

my bf is my very best friend ever i love him so much so i got him a ton, i love spoiling the ones i love it literally makes my heart happy. some of this is repeated items from my recent hauls, it’s just cuz those were pics of everything
