i have a question for those who have ocpd, maybe even ocd if you have thoughts
theres this girl i know who has ocpd and i want to help her, even by a little with it.
her current issue is list making and if she doesn't fully complete something after starting something, she's "wrong" or "bad" and she breaks down over it.
the lists and work isn't a necessity. it's more-so journaling or hobby-based (im not going to go into detail to protect her privacy).
due to her ocpd, she can no longer enjoy those activities because of the "rules" her brain places, and she gets burnt out. but she feels even worse when she is burnt out and cant do anything to complete it.
is there any advice someone could give me on how to help her? i dont want to make her feel like she has to struggle alone with it anymore.
