Kill ANY boss in any venue on a cold start. Grind in lvl 25 venues hitless, forever. Yes, it works in any venue and any boss. Yes, it slots perfectly into a team of 133 STR general grinders. Yes, it costs less than 45g to build. No, you don't need another eliminate.

battles mean the general rule of thumb about what "fodder priced" means in the auction house will be thrown out the window. you think your dragon is safe at 10kt? 15kt? 30kt? 50kt? no it is not. if you don't want your dragons exalted, get them off the auction house before RO on sunday or they will be immediately strapped to a go pro and hurled into the nearest blizzard. in the interest of accurate reporting, of course.
