🦉Overview🦉
Athena is the Hellenic goddess associated most commonly with wisdom, war, weaving, and in modern times, education and knowledge. She was a goddess who occupied both masculine and feminine roles in a highly patriarchal society, standing outside the societal binary. She is a fascinatingly variable and nuanced deity who has adapted and persisted in the mind of western society until this day. This masterpost is in dedication to her.
“Through our investigation of [Athena’s] role within the pantheon, she has emerged as a power of technology and creativity who promotes creativity and order, but with another side to her power, that of the storm bringer and warmonger.” -Susan Deacy
I’m a Athena devotee of course I’m afraid of failing at anything,
I’m a Athena devotee of course I’m ambitious when it comes to my college academics,
I’m a Athena devotee of course I love snakes and owls,
I’m a Athena devotee of course I overthink whether everything I write or say makes sense,
I’m a Athena devotee of course I will always try to give the best and objective advice (unless you also ask for my opinion),
I’m a Athena devotee of course my eyes are always the first or second thing people seem to notice,
I’m a Athena devotee of course I care about what’s going on in the world (whether it has to do with my devotion or not, everyone should be aware of what’s going on as well),
I’m a Athena devotee, of course I love the learning and hardships that comes with math and science,
I’m a Athena devotee, of course I like to read, write, and paint (unfortunately I’m not an expert at any those things),
I’m a Athena devotee, of course I grew up being the outspoken one in the family,
I’m a Athena devotee, of course I’m blunt and tell you how it is (if asked),
I’m a Athena devotee, of course I’m big on politics,
I’m a Athena devotee, of course I’m loyal to my loved ones,
Lastly, I’m an Athena devotee, of course I stand strong to my beliefs, values, and morals.✨

I have to remind to people that the three virgin goddesses of Greek mythology that have nothing to do with romance, sex or birth have attributes that connect them to:
Hestia -> House and Family
Athena -> Motherhood and Marital Duties
Artemis-> Childbirth and Fertility
You don't need to be personally involved into something or experience it yourself to be sensitive about something, passionate about something or have an opinion about something. All you need to do is approach the subject properly and with proper research or knowledge. And you also of course learn from and respect the experts on a matter.
Knowledge and expertise are the keys. Not necessarily personal involvement to a situation.
