Im watching gurren lagann right now, and I’ve come to the realization that re-occurring mid-tier villians are absolutely peak.

Im talking bad guys who are some of the first to be introduced and are about as strong as the hero.

Sometimes they’re foils but other times they aren’t, they often deviate morally from the fellow villains but not always.

The only consistency is that that they are reoccurring mid-tier villians, and no matter how many times you beat their ass, they’ll always come back.

Playing the new tomodachi life and I added a bunch of danganronpa characters, and it has actually been pure chaos so let me sum up what has happened

I added Mondo and Taka in the demo of the game, and Taka instantly got a crush on Mondo because he helped him up in that one event.

I get the full game, add a few more islanders, some time passes

I try to get Mondo and Makoto to meet, MONDO INSTANTLY FALLS IN LOVE WITH MAKOTO.

Im like shit thats not the couple I wanted but i dont want to railroad so I say ‘yes’ to him having a crush on makoto

Later on Mondo and Taka move in together, since friends can do that.

After that, Taka wants to confess his love to Mondo.

So they meet, and MONDO FUCKING REJECTS HIM!!

Now Takas all depressed in his room, mind you, the two still live togethe.

Now, I go in to check on Junko, and it plays a scene where she FALLS IN LOVE WITH MAKOTO TOO!?!

Makoto Naegi is actually the Hugh Morris of my island

(Btw, since you need to choose a topic in order to make miis friends, I chose ‘sauna battles’ for Taka and Mondo)

Okay update time, I basically played all night and this is what happened;

Junko learns just how much of a lameass loser makoto is and gets over her crush

Kiyotaka learns that Mondo has a thing for makoto and that causes him to give up on his crush on mondo, causing another depressive episode (this poor fucking guy)

Makoto ends up falling for Kyoko and vice versa soon after, so Im trying to get Mondo to figure out that makoto isn’t interested with little success

Then the most BATSHIT INSANE thing happens

KIYOTAKA FALLS IN LOVE WITH MONDO FOR A SECOND FUCKING TIME

Okay third update, Taka and Mondo are married now. (Holy fucking shit)

Makoto and Kyoko have been dating for longer than fucking Taka and Mondo but they still havent gotten married.

For some reason Junko, Hiro, and Fuyuhiko decided to move in with Makoto and Kyoko.

During that time, Junko starts crushing on Makoto AGAIN (shes ovef it now)

All the while Toko, Gundham, and Leon have a crush on her.

Komaru also has a crush on Toko of course

Also, I had Gonta but I deleted him for reasons, but ibuki had a crush on him, Mikan who was in love with ibuki asked her out, got rejected, right the fuck after Ibuki gets the in love with mikan cutscene so now these two dumbasses are pining for eachother

Mahiru now has a crush on fuyuhiko which I outwardly gasped and said “NO!” When the cutscene happened.
