my boomer take is that ads shouldn’t take up half the screen, let alone all of it. and they certainly shouldn’t disable your ability to scroll past them, and they should NOT open themselves in browsers or app stores or whatever when you do try to go by them. they actually shouldn’t exist at all, but they especially should not do any of that other crap.
