Hello everyone! I have been working on this project for many, many months, if not a whole year by now -- but it is finally here! And so I present to you yet another documentation project:

The Outer Wilds Lore Map aims to be one big interactive web page containing as much of the OW lore as possible -- from physics data about how big (small, really) the planets are, to obscure fun facts about lore that could have been but was removed or retconned at some point, to whether or not Chert knows what Ash Twin looks like without its sand!

I have already spent a very long time writing it all in the tutorial and the coding itself, so I will rather let the images speak for themselves here. All I will say is that I have done everything I could in order to make it as intuitive and comfy an experience as possible. The lore is very lacking for now, and filling it will take a while -- but hey, wouldn't it be fun to do it with friends? If only in order to have people nag at me for all the typos, or if you disagree with something.

hatchy is great at one way trips. in the loops they would get to their destination half dead and their ship being in a worse state than a crushed soda can, but it doesn’t matter because they got there and they got there fast. everything else would work itself out in a couple of minutes. 🙂‍↕️

they gotta relearn how to focus on their safety. they had gotten so used to not caring if them or their ship gets beat up, because it’ll be there next loop!

yes, they were trained on flight safety, but they were on a time crunch for the entirety of the loops. screw that stuff, they gotta make it to the ash twin and the a dark bramble in under an hour.

if they get in a post loop situation, they’d probably grab feldspar and come back with a half destroyed ship and a broken toe or something. they’d be like “awe crud. this isn’t gonna fix itself in a few minutes, i gotta face the wrath of slate now ☹️”

this was supposed to be for the first day of the event and im uploading it literally at the last second of the last day help (its the 15th in some parts of the world still... right???)

when i saw the prompts for the first day i instantly could picture something where all of them were combined, but that task was a bit too ambitous, so i had to cut down the other two

Hello. Travelers just won against 14.3 Billion Years. And if it won against that, it sure is winning against Echoes of the Eye.

Drawing Owlks is my passion and with their facial structure they are absolutely perfect to be drawn like internet cats. It's almost like owls in general are bird hardware running on cat software
