Been Slacking? Me Too!! It's time to back on track, even with the holidays.

PiYo wasn't exactly what I thought it would be, but I'm loving how it has helped my running

I purchased PiYo a couple of months ago. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t super impressed at first. Keep in mind, I’m looking at this series through the lens of P90X and P90X2. If you’ve read any of my training logs, you’ll see that I’m a huge P90X/2 fan. I run, but I also like to really push my upper body strength.
