First lesson as a business owner: take care of yourself.. really. You put ‘blood, sweat, & tears’ into this— although that’s imperative, you forgot to check-in with yourself. (and bam, you get pneumonia; a self drag). Your business becomes apart of you and vice versa, but what good are you to your business if you aren’t well? We have this thing where we feel the need to always be ‘productive’ and that we can ‘sleep when we’re gone’.. I’m here to say NOPE.
