Scrolling through some old posts and after something I’ve posted on here and tried to get comfort from myself I wish to apologise. I know many people or if anyone who actually was offended or hurt at the time probs won’t see this but I’ve deleted any fanfics I could find on my blog written about miscarriage when I was a naive, young, insensitive teenager who hadn’t even experienced love and sex nvm pregnancy or a loss. I am so sorry for posting such things without any knowledge or research and anyone I may have offended in the past I’m truly sorry. I feel your pain, I feel your love and I stand with you. I’m a loss mom and I feel it all. The miscarriage tag is filled with fanfics that are insensitive to the pain of grieving parents and it’s really not fair. We need comfort not some imaginary world and fanfiction. Miscarriage is real and prevalent and a horrible thing to go through, not something to be romanticised in a fan fiction

Annoys the fuck out of me I come on here to look through a tag and try to get some comfort about my losses and my angels and the majority of the posts on the miscarriage tag are fucking fanfiction. It’s pathetic, this is a serious issue and shouldn’t be used for fanfiction or completely taken up by fictional stories when some women need genuine support and somewhere to go. Has done nothing but make me even more upset than I was
