NIXTA - Valiasims & Lukheya Collab

Hello, hello!

This month's set is finally here and I can finally reveal our mysterious collaborator: the one and only @valiasims! ❤️ It has been such an honor to collaborate with someone so incredibly talented and I couldn't be prouder of what we've created together.

If you've been following the WIPs, you'll already know that this collection is heavily inspired by the stunning Greek islands, especially Mykonos and Santorini. That's why you'll find beautiful shades of white and vibrant blue throughout the entire set, bringing the Mediterranean vibes straight into your sims' worlds.

Our goal was to give you everything you need to build the perfect beach nightclub. My part of the collection focuses on the music, lounge and entertainment areas, while Valia created an amazing selection of bar furniture and décor that elevates the set even more.

Without a doubt, my favorite item is the DJ booth! I managed to separate the DJ controller from the actual booth, allowing you to place it freely on almost any counter. I was so happy when I finally got it working! I also designed a custom table for it, but you can easily use it with other counters by creating an L-shaped layout. I would have loved to make it compatible with regular tables as well, but unfortunately the DJ animations made that impossible.

To complete the dance floor, we created a gorgeous led dance floor alongside a backdrop featuring a built-in stereo system, which also works surprisingly well as a headboard if you're feeling creative. 😉

The lounge area is packed with fun pieces too! One of my favorites is the surface-placeable fire pit, giving you even more flexibility when decorating your outdoor spaces. You'll also find matching coffee tables, side tables, stone seating and a fully customizable pergola to give your sims some much-needed shade from the bright Mediterranean sun.

There are so many little details throughout this collection that I could honestly talk about them for hours, but I'd much rather let you discover them yourself while building. I hope they inspire you to create your own dreamy vacation destinations!

To showcase the collection, @thesimsideofluca has also built a beautiful beach resort that I highly recommend checking out. It's the perfect place to see everything in action!

Nixta Hotel & Beach Club | Tartosa ౨ৎ♡

Hi friends! Today I have a very special build to share with you! I created a charming hotel & beach club for Tartosa using the beautiful new collection by Lukheya & Valiasims, capturing the dreamy atmosphere of the lively Greek islands. When the walls are bright white, the accents are painted blue and vibrant pink bougainvillea cascades over every corner, you just know your Sims are about to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime! This lot can be used as a hotel with the Lot51 Suite Life mod and features two guest suites in total, one of which spans two floors. It also works perfectly as a nightclub or beach venue if you prefer a different gameplay experience. The property includes a spacious restaurant with multiple terraces where Sims can enjoy delicious meals while taking in the views, a relaxing spa and a private beach lined with luxurious cabanas, making it the perfect spacer to unwind under the Mediterranean sun. I really hope you have fun with this one! ♡

Hi friends! Today I'm so excited to share a new build in Windenburg! I created three spacious loft apartments with breathtaking ocean views. This build is mostly a shell, giving you plenty of room to let your creativity shine and decorate each space however you like. Each apartment already includes a furnished kitchen and bathroom to help you get started. There's even space on the ground floor for two shops if you'd like to make the neighborhood feel even more lively. Have fun, I can't wait to see what you create! ♡

Here you'll find executive offices, private meeting rooms where the next collection takes shape and couture ateliers complete with sewing stations for last-minute fittings and meticulous finishing touches before each show. Now it's your Sim's turn to step into the role of Creative Director. Can they preserve the house's legendary reputation and continue its legacy?
