EDEN IS BURNING.

𝐒𝐈𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐄 , 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐌 , 𝐄𝐕𝐄 , 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐓 . . . was  that not the truth?     and yet, he thinks, what of lucifer’s pride , his wrath ?      do angels not sin   /   are they not the same as god’s other creations?     no , he is not immune to succumbing to sin. this brief encounter with the other,   albeit alike heresy, provides the angel with relief . . . and he feels ashamed.        there is this grand weight ‘pon his shoulders, that of which is exhausting him. her hand settling ‘pon that same weary shoulder is another added weight.      he shifts, only slightly. ❝  my own path … ? anna, considering disobedience is . . .   ❞        reprehensible, he almost says. instead, his voices raises, tone adjusting  :      ❝  tell me, why is it that i’ve begun to feel this way ------ why did you?  ❞

𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍 ,  𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐘 𝐍𝐎 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄.  he has made his peace with his disgrace. here, choking on the blood of   tainted divinity would have been a fitting demise. but god ------- nay , fate  (  god has long since abandoned his creations   ) ------ is not so cruel.            perhaps, she, playwright of the future, pities the damned celestial, offering him a chance of   camaraderie from a longtime foe.   at the thought, he spits. the pooling red liquid spat like venom from broken lips hits the battered earth with a sickening crash.     unto the same earth playing an unfortunate role as war zone for battles between man, monster, angel, and demon.  ❝   i will not be indebted to you.  ❞  eyes narrow as he rises to his feet,       ❝  i will not thank you, either. you slaughtered my brethren for their grace.  ❞  guilt fills his lungs   :  every labored breath taken is a reminder that this blood is on his hands. 

𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍    𝐈𝐒   𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄     𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐏𝐇𝐄𝐌𝐘,    𝐀𝐍𝐃     𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐇     𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐈𝐒 𝐏𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄.              his existence controlled; his being created with purpose, so to consider blatantly defying orders . . .  inspired this internal conflict. humanity is not his to claim, and yet . . . he can feel something stirring within him.               something only one other of his kin would understand.   ❝  anna  . . .   ❞   he calls out to her,     lowly; a whisper almost melodic.  ❝  i don’t know what to do.  ❞    /   @torngrace​  !

𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍’𝐒 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐇 𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐒 𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐃𝐆𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐕𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐋’𝐒 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐒,          yet he remains calm.     hypocritical of him to make demands, acting holier than he is . . . when the truth was he already bargained with a demon and he’d an         appointment to discuss how they would move forward with their heretical schemes. perhaps he would have quelled his rage, masked it better if the hound had not spoken of the winchesters  (  while the guilt of betrayal is still ripe, the mere mention of them sets him off. is he not their guardian angel?  )  :            ❝  you will not touch a single hair on their heads, do you understand me, dog?  ❞     a step nearer, testing the will of the guardian of hell.  ❝  now, let me through. ❞  she may even play guide dog, if only it allowed him access to crowley. 

𝐋𝐎𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐘 𝐁𝐎𝐓𝐇 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍   +   𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐋   ,   𝐘𝐄𝐓  . . .   𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐀𝐘.  broken wings aid him none,                     not in this fight against his siblings, even with newfound grace HE IS WEAK. weaker than the seraph he once was,      the one who dared not defy divine order. revitalization in the form of bright light surges  throughout him when the bottle of stolen grace is forced to his lips by none other than a demon.         only guilt seems to replace the pain. ❝  why, crowley -------- why help me?  ❞   /  @fellcrown​  !

𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐋 𝐁𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐆𝐍          /            𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐇 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐅𝐘𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄.     yet , he is not the only supernatural being to traverse the land; not the only one masking the truth beneath human guises.    nevertheless, hands clasp together in an effort to make himself more comfortable ‘pon the wooden bench,      gaze fixed on the sun that set in the distance.       not even the beauty of nature taking his mind off the current state of heaven and earth.           ❝  do you believe we have a place here ---- among them?  ❞  words spoken softly,    dancing along with the breeze, seeking for some sort of insight from something  /   someone wiser than he.   /   @lunima​  !

𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐋𝐄𝐃 , 𝐍𝐎 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄. enlightenment of the shepherd’s evil intentions leads exorcists astray, and with them . . . their malak.   holy servants to man, no more. eden awaits them   /   absolute paradise promised at creation, may they return to the light.    and yet . . . he is at a loss. free will is not something he’s claim to have in his possession ever before.     the endless choices he can make are, daresay, terrifying. his heart may be . . .  conflicted.  ❝  you have always made your own decisions, have you not?  ❞    after seeing him freed, their work has long since ended. yet he remains at their side . . . old habit.   ❝  lord of calamity  :   reckless , ruthless, irrational . . . and yet your actions are your own.  ❞    /    @etrefurieuse​   !
