yeah pet names are great but let’s not forget how perfect it is when your significant other uses your name. don’t get me wrong pet names are stellar, but it’s your name. whether they’re just speaking it to get your attention or calling it out to find where you are, or gently whispering it to you, or moaning it breathily, it’s all just so perfect. it’s so comfortably intimate and personal in times like those and i wouldn’t trade it for anything.
