feel like body breaking down due to incompatible wolf and human combination. body has not been able to eat properly for years but it’s worse lately. many normally safe foods suddenly are not safe. worried about toxicity because food quality changed drastically in past months. scent of many things has changed. all metallic. dairy especially, which was previously large source of protein in diet. does not make sick at all when i do eat it, not lactose intolerant. just very hard to convince self to eat it based on how it smells now. nose is very sensitive and that contributes to making food bad. i try very hard. problem is not for lack of wanting food. body struggle to recognize food as food both mentally and physically. has been having trouble digesting lately when i do manage to eat, regardless of what it is, meat or veg. trying very hard. feel sick for few days.
