One feeling we all enjoy, there’s no question

Is the act of this even if delivered with a blank expression

It’s by doing the most even without saying nothing

Cause the fact that you’re still around shows something

Shows how much you really do care

I just wish I could explain how much it means that you’re still here

But those words is something I fail to formulate

The emotion is so strong it’s not something to easily communicate

The way you’re always there when the only thing full is my plate

In human form you’re my escape

I don’t know if it’s a heart that we share

But it’s just something comforting about knowing I have your ear

It may be more than that but I can’t pinpoint exact

But even without words I know you have my back

Perfection doesn’t exist but if it did you’d be the quintessence

What I really can’t put into words is the importance of your presence

The moments I come off as non chalant

Is the moments I don’t know how to express what it is I truly want

I can rely on you no matter the script

You’ll always be there for me even when I feel I’m losing my grip

An example of good people still exist

It’s clear you’re the anchor on this ship

Keeping me level headed when I feel my nerves

Around you I feel so observed

I question if someone like me deserves
