when you call racial issues drama or express an aversion to “callout culture” what is it that really concerns you? if you’re not saying anything and you’re more concerned with the concept of people being held accountable with their actions. please know that you are expressing more concern over people having to own up to how they act and over having to face / change behaviors than …having the basic compassion to not want to hurt people.

I want to go ahead and firstly apologise, because this post might come out long and harsh, and it will stress some people. i will tag it. because this is unnecessary drama.

Something happened that I find extremely offensive, especially since I have posted about this type of issue before and have it my rules for a reason. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do I support “call out posts”. My reasons for this is because I believe it causes dramatic events that not only should be between two people, but are now affecting those around us. 

this was something taken out of context in both private conversations and general public posts.

I will say this, I do not want to influence anyone into taking sides, nor do I want to further this drama, but unfortunately, I feel like I need to show my side of things and try to get this situation settled before anyone else gets hurt, offended or worse, uncomfortable.
