Something we have to do at least once a month is make a disability chart like this. Otherwise we often forget most of our physical/mental health issues and get very frustrated with ourselves.

I heavily suggest other disabled systems do this!!!! It’s help us so much

With the combination of heavy dissociation and switching we often completely forget what we’ve done throughout the day. So by the time someone switches in it’s like, “omg it’s 6pm the day is wasted so now I gotta rush to do tings to make up for it”. No matter how productive we’ve been that day. So it causes physical health flare up’s and heavy fatigue. :’)) like bestie stop I was productive today I promise

Thought we try our hand at the eye comparison thing we saw going around. With our own little twist. It’s the change in our eyes as we’ve grown. I actually really like looking at some of these. Makes me happy about how far we’ve come from where we started in life 💚

is there anyone thats there to deal with work ? or maybe someone whos there for a completely different reason but primarily helps with working ? cuz thats how it is for us . we had someone form because of the stress of work around thanksgiving but now one of our co-hosts as taken over that job even though they formed for a completely different reason lol . she hates it here , customer service isnt for the weak truly
