As promised, another Mick Mars fan art 👽💖

how can i put into words how legendary and talented this man is?? the riffs that he’s created, cemented in rock history. mick is a clear inspiration to me, and plenty of others! i’m so happy i re-rediscovered the Crüe when i did, because here i am two years later, still a big fan of peepaw!! their music still holds a big part of my heart, and every day i remember just how lucky we are to have them. especially mick, because if it wasn’t for him, they would have been an obscure band named x-mass who wouldn’t have gone as far as they did. who’s riffs helped catapult them into hard rock history. who’s simple suggestion to “get that blonde singer from the Starwood” cemented their career forever. no matter what anyone says or thinks, mick will go down as one of the most famous eighties rock guitarists, along with his peers. and his contributions to Mötley Crüe will always be recognized. whatever you think or believe about him, his status in the band, him personally, doesn’t matter. at the end of the day, he helped create memorable music, and that’s the best achievement in my eyes.

there’s no mötley crüe without mick. im forever grateful to him for giving this band its name, its sound, and its singer. i wish things could’ve ended differently, but today is all about celebrating his accomplishments !!!
