trying to make the most of my 6 days of vacation but DAMN the fatigue is back with a vengeance

seriously considering not going to the first day of the 2 day festival I was looking forward to for months because of the level of exhaustion I feel and I know train travel and being at the concert will absolutely do me in, especially two days in a row, combined with 36°C (and higher!!!) temperatures... hell on earth... I'm just one very tired creature and everything constantly just hurts just a bit...
