Nonbinary people are so cool I wish our rights were taken seriously haha
Genuinely though it is so frustrating that nonbinary rights and exorsexism are not treated seriously at all, even from within the queer community. It sucks that there's not even an option for an X gender marker in so many countries, including in more progressive queer-friendly ones. It sucks that if enben want to get gender affirming care that we're advised to lie about our gender (or lack thereof) in favour of a more binary trans identity lest we jump through a million extra hoops on top of the million already in place for binary trans people to prove we're serious in order to get the care we want/need. It sucks that in most cases we're still forced into some kind of binary and I wish that the issues we deal with were acknowledged more.
I really hate when I have to unfollow someone because they decided to be transphobic. Can we all agree that there's no place to hate on trans men or trans women or nonbinary people? Like it's getting really old. Solidarity or nothing. I don't want fake ally-ship you either stand with each of us or none of us. You cannot say you support trans people and willingly hate one side of the trans spectrum. We can absolutely call each other out and hold each other accountable but this stereotyping and malicious behavior towards one another needs to fucking stop. It's concerning how easily people are falling into the fascist trans hate belief systems. Decolonize your thoughts.

Going to the library tomorrow to find out if I'm allowed to print hypothetical boobs for the GG copybook I wanna do
Libraries don't fuck around when it comes to copyright law
that post about how sports should be desegregated is ruffling some serious feathers & every response arguing against me is like “but testosterone literally makes you stronger you naive moron” like yeah man. but how many sports are strictly based on raw strength and nothing else. like sure men would likely generally dominate weightlifting but women would still dominate gymnastics. it’s almost like genetics have always played a part in performance of sports and the sex binary is just one genetic factor that people can’t seem to let go of. michael phelps isn’t put in his own category of “people shaped like a torpedo” even though he has an unfair genetic advantage. like i don’t get why raw strength is seen as the end all be all when most sports don’t rely on that alone for performance
its probably a normal sign for the economy that all of my adulthood fantasies are like "imagine having your own kitchen living room and bathroom to decorate" "what if i could get on a train" "maybe one day i could purchase a sturdy pair of shoes" "i should save and invest in a single bicycle"

again, “changing” still doesn’t mean you should have access to power. “Many men have had a Nazi phase but they’ve changed” I am sincerely so happy for them but I don’t want them making decisions for Americans at scale. Some decisions should come with lifelong consequences and on the whole, humbly accepting that you shouldn’t hold public office is not that big of a consequence.
'Cause people tend to not get the memo: People acting strangely in public is not a danger to you. Pacing, talking to themselves or something you can't see, laughing to themselves, stimming, twitching, ticcing, making "weird" noises--it doesn't fucking matter. They're not your personal freak show, they're not broken, they're not a murderer and they're definitely not going to be fucking helped by you calling the authorities or anyone else on em. These actions alone are not indicative of danger to you, as a random person on the street. Shut the fuck up and move on, leave disabled people alone.

i really like how this comic approaches the gendered aspect of being a woman who likes cooking as a hobby.
