Shame @mileycyrus didn’t properly research veganism before adapting it. I get my omega from flax/chia seeds and there are plenty supplements out there that are scientifically proven to work. I have been vegan for 3 years and have had no issue with nutrition. There is even pages on google that literally show you how to get all your nutrition on a plant based diet. The ironic thing is many animal eaters lack a lot of vital nutrients that educated vegans get. @drnitubajekal is a great page for scientific research on veganism.
