I remembered about my sketches. I wanted to collect already existing images (heads) of Kit Snicket and to see how the character changes with age.

And it’s funny how all this is reflected in her smile:

At first, Kit is so lively and active, but at the same time she has a childish naivety and genuine good nature. I labeled this age as the ATWQ period.

Then I see her already somewhat upset because everything is falling out of her hands, but at the same time she still has bullets in the gun. Also, a certain touchingness blooms in her, and she’s like a flower, while not losing active nature. This is just my idea of an unknown period of time.

And then she’s a broken woman, showing motherly love and a desire to take care. At the same time, the smile and look are already tired, and the hair is very disheveled, although it’s braided into a kind of hairstyle. Alas, this flower is already withering. I was also asked to add gray hair to reflect stress. Imho this is a very beautiful, stately and sad idea, just what I need. And, of course, this is the ASoUE period.

By the way, it turns out that there is a white element on any of her heads (beret, flower and gray strand). It feels great, as if the detail rushes through the years, I like it.
