Literally Skyping with my boyfriend from the next room because he’s sick and misses my face. XD <3 N’aawwwww!

My boyfriend and I attended our first ever Pokemon TCG Pre-Release event today! We arrived at our local table-top game store (”Good Games”) and had to wait nearly an hour longer than expected until we finally got our cards! (Hence the ‘OMG kill me’ face the boyfriend is making.) I’m a collector, so I hadn’t actually played the Trading Card Game since I was about 10 years old.. So I had to sign up for TCGO and learn to play just last night. Needless to say.. I lost. XD But entering the competition was a requirement to receive the promo/pre-release exclusive card, and I was lucky enough to get the one I wanted! :D (There are 4 different ones)

WHAT HAVE I DONE D: !? I’m about 10 years too late, but my boyfriend is stuck in the past and needs a playing buddy ;D This will be both a blast of nostalgia, and and embarrassing secret to keep from my friends/family.. I /reaallllly/ need to get a light set-up! (Getting a new camera soon, at least :)) This should be the next thing I complete! It’s hard to tell from these pictures, but it’s pretty accurate to my drawing, so I’m super pleased about that ^^. Hopefully I can capture all of the details with my crappy camera!

I first made this plush in 2013, and it ended up being the most popular thing I have ever made, even to this day. So I thought, what better way to celebrate the re-opening of my business than to recreate this plush in HUGE form! There are only 5 of these plushies currently in existence, but there will only ever be ONE 10″ version. This is the last chance to ever get this design from me, ever!
