I know you've mentioned her in passing before but thoughts/headcanons about Myranda around thramsay? I know most book fans really hate how she was added to the show but you seem to prefer show?

i dont generally like myranda haha but i like her as a ~PLOT DEVICE OCCASIONALLY

A lot of fans hate Myranda because they [rightfully] feel she detracts from the thramsay dynamic, and I do think the show fucked up. They should have gone full ham emphasizing how her inclusion elevates Ramsay’s interest in Theon.

I enjoy show!Ramsay in part for the angle of him being attractive and having lovers + options, but still developing an infatuation with his unwashed prisoner. His willingness to marry Myranda feels very much like a “well I guess this is as good as it gets” decision from before he knew better.

Theon captivating Ramsay without even trying, and even at his worst being more desirable than a hot, compatible childhood friend. It becomes weirdly hilarious, because we get the classic “turning away the allegedly perfect prospect because ‘the heart wants what it wants’ ”… but it’s Ramsay.
