STARTS- UP (I learned something from the Lecture Series on April 19, 2023)
I learned that a startup is a new, frequently technology-driven corporation or business created by entrepreneurs with the goal of producing a novel product, service, or market solution. They are often distinguished by their inventive and disruptive characteristics, as well as their tremendous growth potential. They often work in rapidly changing and competitive fields such as technology, healthcare, or finance. Startups are versatile and nimble, with a strong team of motivated and competent employees who can acquire investment from investors or venture capitalists. They frequently confront high levels of uncertainty and danger but may also provide tremendous benefits and effects. Because of their inventiveness, agility, growth potential, entrepreneurial culture, influence, and flexibility, startups appeal to entrepreneurs and investors. They are smaller and more nimble than larger, established firms, and are frequently founded to propose creative solutions to difficulties or address unmet market demands. If they can secure financing and develop a scalable business model, they have the potential to grow fast and generate significant returns for investors. Startups have a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture that stimulates team members' invention, risk-taking, and collaboration.
