Why use a Diary?
The main benefit of using a calendar is that it helps keep our Lives organized. 2nd ed. You really benefit from the week. How to use a Diary?
The way every hero eats yogurt is different. I want to talk to you about the most sustainable way to use a calendar for me. As a person who has started and left many times over the years, I can’t use online agendas first. And writing helps me remember. Another important point is that I plan all my notes in one calendar. I have only one agenda for my school, for my work, for Geam, and for my healthy diet. This way I can see everything in one place and carry only one notebook, no weight. Finally, I use a monochrome pencil. What do you call this relevance, but as the pages fill up, I look back and realize that it looks a lot more aesthetic. If you like colorful pages, you can choose different colors. Every detail is your choice!
Sustainability?
I’ve done all of this, but if you’re saying there’s still no sequel, here’s how sustainability works for me. Keep it simple and take very little time. We all start holding Ajanta with beautiful writing, tiny visuals and a whim. But the time we spend trying to keep it nice keeps us off the schedule. I have been writing for two months, as I mentioned before, in a single-color pencil, in a very simple writing style. I use all my time in my calendar to write down important events and make little plans for my days. I use acronyms in my own way and try to express everything in a few words. Thanks to these methods, I still haven’t lost my enthusiasm.

Now I want to tell you about my days planning system. First of all, before I start a new month, I devote one page of my calendar to writing all the days of the month. That way I can see the important days in that month at a glance and make my plans accordingly. My next step is to plan the days weekly. Usually on Sunday, I plan my days according to the work to do that week. Tuesday or Friday to give an example, whether I need to write an article for GEAM, I set a goal to finish at least half of the article on Tuesday or Wednesday. I’m writing on Monday to do my research on the subject. Like this, I plan my whole week. Then I move forward by making changes at the necessary points during the week.

Be realistic: the most important thing for sustainability is to be realistic while keeping the calendar. Putting more work into a day than you can do will upset your morale and break your motivation.
Carry your diary with you: this is a very important step. If you prefer a small and light agenda, you can always carry it with you. This way, you can quickly take notes when you think of something.
