There is nothing actually criminal in the forum, nothing like planning stuff is allowed. I did my research and at least in my country there is nothing about liking p3rps or their actions and talking about it that goes against the law, the only issue is posing an actual threat and trying to influence others into doing things. The rules are pretty clear about behaviour, I will not be a moralist and ban people for "hate speech" but i will ban them if they keep harassing someone across threads and DMs. I have this idea that if you are on the internet and see something you do not like or someone bullies you, you should just ignore and keep scrolling, but if the trouble follows you then a mod should help.

what does anti-cultural mean

I believe culture, in its utmost form, is toxic. When I speak of culture I mean all patterns that lead to human behaviour, from the linguistics (the beginning point) to the philosophical questions such as morality. But it is a loophole as anti culture is a form of culture, counter culture is culture. Human creation is something you can not escape from, we are always making something new and even if starts as something pure and genuine, it is soon tainted by greed.

Primitivism is good, the "return to monkey", but even such creatures have a form of culture between themselves, they have hierarchies and forms of communications that shape a society we can not comprehend.

I could go for hours about the issues I have with culture, mainly because of how it affects me and how I see things, how it makes me like things I wish I did not like, how it makes me feel things I wish I did not feel, but this is already getting too long and I am rambling.

Anti cultural is to revolt against society and all its principles.

i will start doing something with phpBB, the thing is i will need a lot of moderation on the forum to make sure it won't be taken down by the feds. Of course, in phpBB you make your own rules, but basic criminal stuff still applies such as no csam or planning attacks.
