Obviously, Dave got frustrated, but he got his order through, somehow. When John handed him his bagels, he said, “Here you go, sir. Have a wonderful day.” Dave just stared at him, and John just smirked. They proceeded to talk after that, and when Dave realized that he was being pranked, that’s when he kind of realized that this baker guy was kind of hot. 

John had to teach Dave how to ballroom dance for their wedding.
