what she means: enjolras had to watch all of his friends and people that he inspired to fight in the rebellion die while he outlived them even by only a few seconds and then grantaire who has been skeptical since the beginning is willing to die by his side and it’s so symbolic that they would be the last to die but it’s so tragic and poetic that enjolras is the last one standing for his cause and grantaire stood for nothing but fell for enjolras and they ultimately die together while enjolras is holding the flag of the rebellion

I am fully willing for this to become my legacy
