Hi hi hi!! Welcome! Apologies for the long wait! I was quite busy at the time and frankly had to do some research notes on Felipe as although I've seen posts about him on Tumblr I didn't know much about him. I'll try my best here though I fear I may still not understand him as a character fully, so pardon me for any ooc bits. Height comparison chart for visual representation:

Now, about their opinions on Felipe: Eva: The first thing Eva would probably notice about him is his height. He's quite a tall puppet, and while that might be a little intimidating at first, she wouldn't be frightened by it. If anything, she'd simply be a bit cautious until she got a better sense of what he was like. Eva isn't the type to judge someone based on a first impression (unless her intuition says otherwise), so she'd stay calm and give him the chance to show her who he is. It probably wouldn't take long for that initial caution to fade. After exchanging a few words, she'd pick up on his shy demeanor and gentle, calm nature, which would make him seem much more approachable than he first appeared. His reserved personality would put her at ease, and she'd quickly grow more comfortable around him. She'd also be genuinely surprised to learn that the theatre has seasonal puppets. Up until then, she'd assumed the theatre revolved almost entirely around its medieval theme, so the existence of a Halloween puppet would catch her off guard. While Halloween isn't her favorite holiday (I think it would probably be Christmas and Easter) she still enjoys it a lot. Eva has always been the type to look forward to holidays, even if she doesn't get to celebrate them the way she used to with her family. She'd likely grow curious and ask Felipe what the theatre was like during Halloween, what kinds of performances were held, and how everything was decorated for the season. If she realized that reminiscing about those days was painful for him, though, she wouldn't press the matter. Instead, she'd gently move the conversation toward something he was more comfortable talking about. Felipe might also notice her gaze occasionally lingering on the right side of his face, where the stars of his true form glimmer through the crack of his shell. Eva has always loved looking at the stars. Before her life changed and she moved to the city, stargazing with her family had been one of her favorite pastimes. The city lights make the night sky much harder to appreciate now, I always imagined the theatre being located farther from town which could probably offer a much clearer view on the nightsky. She'd probably spend a few quiet moments looking up at the sky before each shift. The stars peeking through the crack in Felipe's face would naturally catch her attention for the same reason (and also because she is a bit curious about the puppet entities and their forms). If he seemed comfortable enough, she'd eventually ask him about them, though she'd immediately drop the subject if he showed even the slightest reluctance to talk about it. Again, she's not the type to push. She knows how it is to want to keep some things to yourself. Overall, I think Eva would come to see Felipe as someone kind, gentle, and easy to be around. While she might be a little wary at first, she'd soon realize that beneath his imposing height is a quiet, timid person she'd probably enjoy getting to know :] ────────────────── ⋆⋅🕊⋅⋆ ─────────────────── Ilian:

I actually had to think about this one a bit longer since Ilian isn't the most... friendly puppet.

Also, this question made me realize I should probably clear up something about Ilian's reputation first. Although his reputation isn't exactly positive, it mostly revolves around him being The Thief.

In my interpretation, that reputation largely stems from Crownus himself. After Ilian's failed attempt to steal from him and the punishment that followed, Crownus publicly reduced him to "nothing more than a thief." While I imagine this happened around the time many puppets were beginning to fear and distrust Crownus, he still held enough influence for his words to shape how others perceived Ilian. Over time, the label stuck.

And Ilian eventually "embraced it". After Crownus' downfall, "The Thief" became less of an insult and more of the role he deliberately chose to play within puppet society. I often refer to him as The Villain, but in truth, very few puppets remember that he ever played "villainous" roles on stage. As I've mentioned before, "The Villain" wasn't even an official title. Depending on the play, he portrayed many different kinds of antagonists, so most of that history has simply faded with time.

Because of that, most— if not all— puppets underestimate him. They know he's cynical, sarcastic, and occasionally a nuisance, especially to members of the main cast. Some remember that he had a rather explosive temper shortly after his punishment, when his bitterness was much more obvious. But they don't see him as a serious threat.

If anything, they view him as a bitter loner who keeps to himself and occasionally causes trouble. What they don't know is just how deeply his resentment runs. Over the years, Ilian has become much better at hiding that side of himself.

I should also point out one important thing regarding my latest comic-lore of Ilian: nobody knows about what happened with the intruders. That incident took place long before MC arrived, and although it happened under Jestyn and Knighter's watch, neither of them has any real evidence of what actually occurred. At most— probably in Jestyn's case— they may have found dried human blood in one of the theatre's lesser-known corridors. No bodies. No witnesses. No culprit.

Ilian was never caught. So, from Felipe's perspective, any opinion he has of Ilian would most likely come from secondhand rumors or his own limited interactions with him.

He'd probably know Ilian as the infamous thief, someone with a sharp tongue and an even sharper sense of sarcasm. Ilian has a habit of pointing out uncomfortable truths, poking at people's weaknesses, and generally being unpleasant to converse with, so it's not hard to imagine why he isn't particularly well-liked. He's also not especially social. Most of the time, he simply blends into the crowd, quietly observing the town/theatre's everyday life rather than actively participating in it.

As for Ilian's opinion of Felipe... I'd say it's much the same as it is toward most other puppets: cynical indifference. Given that Felipe is a seasonal puppet— and [if I remember correctly!] spent quite some time sealed away in a box— I don't imagine the two would have crossed paths very often in the first place.

If anything, Ilian would simply be cautious around him. Not because he's afraid, but because he's pragmatic. He's not the type to underestimate someone simply because they appear calm or gentle. Ilian is well aware that many puppets possess abilities they rarely reveal, so he generally assumes there's more beneath the surface than meets the eye.

I wouldn't call it respect. It's simply caution. And because Felipe doesn't seem to make frequent public appearances, Ilian probably wouldn't know much about what he's actually capable of. Of course, if Felipe ever did something that genuinely caught Ilian's attention... He'd probably start watching him more closely. Quietly. Unnoticed, as always.

oh hello @bey0ndth3stars, i never thought i would get something from you since not many people ask about Felipe to me and call me Henley if you wish, though i have no care either way

and i shall do all four because im alone and bored. so onto Felipe's thoughts

Duchess: A beautiful lady. If he ever had the chance to speak with her — and since he gets along well with the maids, much like Jestyn does — then perhaps he might be able to talk to her as well.

Vigil: He would be excited about him — a little rogue thief, like another fellow puppet friend has. Felipe would definitely like to join in on his adventures if Vigil lets him. Despite his taller size, he’s actually quite silent.

Eden: Someone he feels he can relate to. Felipe was, after all, always kept in his box in the past after each Halloween ended.

It was small and dark, with his head detached from his body and wrapped up in bubble wrap. Not a fun time for him at all.

I see Duchess naturally being friendly with someone like Felipe, there isn't much reason for her to be anything but kind to the man after all. Though sadly most interactions come with Felipe facing the more cordial and diplomatic side of Duchess, it wouldn't be genuine. Genuine in the sense that,, how do I say this, Duchess is still guarded. In her 'Duchess' mode as one would think.

The kind of facade you see people with influence conceal themselves with. But this isn't to say her kindness is false and untrue. Considering the kind of puppet Felipe is, someone like Duchess can easily look into his eye and see no malice. And so the compassion he shows to her, she returns to him.

This is more hypothetical ramble and idea stirring stuff, but when Felipe is found I wonder if Jestyn would at least have the kindness and rationality to at least try and designate him somewhere to have a home. While I do see Jestyn a horrible trickster, but now as the Theatre's only authoritative figure - He now holds responbility with puppet resident's care. To let Felipe return to storage and have the closet as his only living space is considered inhumane.

I'd see it expected for Jestyn to at least ask one of the heads of the houses to give Felipe a home, temporary housing as you will. And while I imagine Dukemir would be plenty happy to do so, the Duchess... is somewhat willing as well. Lore readers will know that House Evaine has been isolated and silent from everyone else in the kingdom for many years, even as their Duchess leaves the estate, many servants and puppets still keep to themselves.

To have Felipe as a new resident would be,, something new. The first new thing in a long, long while. It would be a tense decision, but give her a few days and she allows it so. I imagine Duchess as a considerate host. Though puppets of House Evaine would be more eager and giddy to meet the new resident than the Duchess. I like to think it's a mix of some being very very cautious and others being incredibly curious.

Safe to say, Felipe is spoiled until kingdom come. Not actively but his stay at the estate would be very comfortable. Considering House Evaine being the house of the arts, Duchess has a considerable amount of carpenters and Artisans loyal to her name that would be willing to procure furniture fitting Felipe's stature. Maybe not immediately, art takes time after all. But a bed that shoud fit all nine feet of him should be possible.

She'd check on him as well, I dont see her as incredibly open, but then again she isnt open at all as a person. But she is gracious, and does her duty well. When the ocassionaly headless man greets her good morning, she greets him good morning back. Should he ever stumble upon her within the garden painting and lingers, she permits it.

I like to think she'd be a bit fussy over him haha, while I imagine they dont hang out extensively, she'd put in efforts to come meet once every day to ask of his condition. If he's comfortable, if he's having trouble. So on and so forth. It comes with being House Evaine's new temporary resident haha.

DOESNT HAVE TO BE CANON its moreso a potential scenario, because otherwise I dont imagine Felipe and Duchess meeting very often.

There's no tagging along sadly Felipe </3 to tag along with the Vigilante means its YOU that has to put in the effort in coming along, since Vigil would put in great lengths to make sure you wont be able to catch up. Vigil's a more,,, special case considering who he is. And anyone knowing of his identity really would go against what he does.

Though I assume Felipe’s heard about Vigil through word of mouth. Maybe the occasional glance from the corner of his vision where a little shadow runs past his eye and in the distance. The thief of thieves he’d hear Knighter say. Mmm i wonder where does Felipe hang around more,, the nobility or the town. A lot of his attire strikes me as noblewear.

I like to think Felipe and Vigil occasionally pass when Vigil’s in disguise, or Felipe just manages to get lucky. Turning to a dark corner and he’d likely find a Vigilante pinning a nearby lord to a wall, a sight he definitely shouldn’t be seeing.

I think Vigil would be fascinated by him. If in the olden days when the theatre was open, he had probably watched the shows where Felipe was present and would know of him. So it’s much more surreal to see him in the flesh. Even if a bit worse for wear.

I like to imagine if Vigil was in disguise it’d probably be him pretending to be a nobleman, maybe he infiltrated and snuck into a gathering or ball and Felipe’s there. Vigil’s a sweet talker definitely, and incredibly in playing friendly. I like to think he’d be cautious of Felipe though, only wanting to leave as friends and not enemies.

So knowing that someone else was also kept trapped somewhere would make him feel sorry for them.

Eden,,, well thats a difficult situation. It is no offense to Felipe, but I’m sure its only natural at first he’d be put off by the headless horseman. And even more creeped out by Felipe, even if he is blind, Eden can take a gander or two that a man who is near 10 feet tall and is the headless horseman likely doesn’t look pretty.

I see Eden actively avoiding him, which is likely better for the two. It’s no offense against to Felipe, a lot of the time in the early stages of Eden being free, he’e only like MC’s company and no one elses. IM crying at the thought of Eden lowcenuinely stepping back when he feels Felipe’s nearby and say some shit like “Please don’t touch me” like omg EDEN RUDE!! Sorry Felipe he’s been imprisoned for many years the isolation got to him </3

But it’s not all bad!!! I imagine in the future, when Eden’s slowly recovering and at least is on the verge of reform, where instead of the clasp on his eyes there’d be a blindfold instead. No chained collar on his neck, and the gauntlets replaced wirh mere handcuffs.

Eden’s more subdued and docile, more levelheaded and still isolated. Even with MC’s or Jestyn’s decree that Eden is excused of his crimes and is now a resident once more, he’d ironically have a hard time to make friends. Not many puppets would be willing to lend an open hand to the man that was formerly Crownus’ pawn anyway. Many townspuppets would see the interloper still, and not Eden.

So when Eden’s left on his lonesome, I’d compare him to those guys sitting on benches in the park. If Felipe tries to encounter him then, he’d find Eden more… inviting. Less fearful and guarded compared to before.

I like to think Eden’s more calming when he talks at this stage. Would apologize for his hesitance and avoidance when they first met. He’d appreciate Felipe’s company. I giggle at the thought of him trying to scootch a bit in the bench thinking Felipe would need lots of space HAHAHA

A devil, you say? As for Felipe’s thoughts about him, he would love his appearance first and foremost. The mask and clothes are so beautiful and have such wonderful details.

Honestly, Felipe might feel a little jealous of his appearance, since he hates his own body and how he looks now. And the tail Luci has — oh man. Felipe would excitedly ask if the tail is real, and would have to restrain himself, because he doesn’t want to disrespect any boundaries.

Anyone that sees him so kindly is one who will recieve kindness back. Though he’d be saddened to hear Felipe’s lack of compassion for his own form, when the world leaves no kindness for you, you must leave some for yourself dear horseman. You’ve already a star of your own, dear sir, and stars are precious and rare.

The tails very much real he’d chuckle, he’d love puppets that are curious and friendly. It’d at least be different compared to the usual hostility Luci receives!! He’d assure the tall man it is alright, if he ever did cross any bounds, Luci would tell him so. But so far he has not.

I think Luci and Felipe would have pleasant chats, Luci being a chatter himself means a plethora of topics to indulge in. And being an artistic and active individual, I perfectly see him inviting Felipe to a list of activities if he wishes. I think he’d partly do this to show the halloween puppet some kindness.

He’d likely know of Felipe’s origins and story and understand it’d be his first time in a long while where he’s returned to the kingdom. And if no ones giving him a warm welcome, the Devil is willing to do so himself. I never want to assume but I giggle at Luci being a sort of guide for Felipe when he needs to readjust back into the kingdom.

Although while Luci isn’t too well versed with the nobility (I mean, he IS well versed but he isnt welcome to the floors and sections where the aristocracy live) he’d be knowledgeable of the town considering its his home. I like to imagine they could take walks to have Felipe see what he’s missed and know where what is.

See there, Filip? The bakerys still open for business, and while much slower these days, the bakers a kind woman. Its more likely than not she’ll give you a bag of cookies for free. Ah, and the gardener as well works closely with the farmer these days. The tavern is still operating, one of the more lively places in the town.

Like I said, a talker! Would give many opportunities for Felipe to speak about himself and his thoughts as well! The devils well versed in speaking and listening.

I like to think Luci would find himself a kindred spirit with Felipe to a degree. A small small degree. While theyre not the same, Luci can still see some similarities where they lay. And he’d be willing to support the man in whatever he needs in his readjustment.

Now even though duchess could offer him the space he will still decline. He did the same with Jestyn even after he was found after his accident and had his injuries taken care of. The small space is just comfortable and safe for him

For the Vigil, Felipe would understand but he will keep his identity secret or pretend he didn't see him whenever he is off stealing. And goes to say Felipe's clothes are only a costume and it just shows his role. He mainly is only hanging around more in the closet or with friends/family

For Eden, Felipe would understand his fear for him. after all he's a big man and Eden is a blind puppet who been through a lot. So Felipe might leave little gifts here and there as to gain trust. He even would stay far apart from Eden and perhaps let him feel and get a sense of who he is. Over all Eden would be treated as those stray cats he feeds sometimes
