like you cant say both "treat us seriously!" and then say "no its a joke" at the same time this isnt how anything works

like what do japanese people have to do with this case? they didnt ask for the translation, they didnt ask to be involved, but twitter has already shown me cases of racist caricatures of japanese people with yellow skin and slanted eyes and as a bystander i feel like i got slapped out of nowhere??

i really dont want to generalize, but its hard for me when all of my middle school and high school experience was of bullying and racism being treated as a joke... because "latam" people also treat these issues as humor

i dont care if you guys consider yourself the minority over all minorities, when you guys should damn well know that you guys are also a pot of culture, and that racism exists near you not only from outside the continent. its vile when you guys treat the racism inside your continent in the same way, by treating it like a joke

then remember im mentally ill and i have stopped taking my pills voluntarily

but having people be constantly like "of COURSE you dont like the story, you have to actively search for hidden tape number #21 which its hidden on one of the tunnels above!" is funny and not helping them save their face from critique

like thats just horrible storytelling and game design??? actively looking for lore is something people who are already interested in the story do, not someone who doesnt know what the story is about

like makoto probably feels refreshed with the honest declaration of dislike and probably won't care more than that in the future, good for him!

makoto doesn't care about the reactions of people he doesn't like, and this probably isn't the first time someone expressed dislike in front of him since we all know he had trauma from his kid modeling days. if something was bothering him it would probably be the uncertainty in the way leo was acting, so hearing leo say i dislike you would make makoto happy even, since now there aren't any mysteries regarding leo's attitude.

but that's makoto being an adult. as an oshi i have to keep seeing leo act like a child and saying hurtful and malicious things over and over, and it would frustrate me less if makoto had actually done something bad. but that's not the case??? makoto has nothing to do with leo's emotions towards him. it's an issue he has to solve with s*** but he's taking it out on makoto.

there's nothing that makoto can or should do at this point so it's annoying to see so called "fans" wanting their interaction more, at the cost of makoto being treated as a stepping stool of leo's emotions which i don't want at all
