this is definitely my favorite panel of loveless. it’s the way soubi doesn’t see the flowers on the ground and even when he does see them, he asks “garbage?”. we don’t even see his face, just his shoes, and that’s even more heartbreaking – because ritsuka is on the floor, we see his face and his body, and he’s completely hurt. but. he still. asks. “garbage?”
people talk shit about loveless all the time, but they have probably never even read it, or if they did they closed their mind and didn’t focus on the fact that the abuse is portrayed so well.
