Day 8 (Friday 6-17-16) I had a decent day, didn't exercise as much as I'd have liked. I didn't eat much during the day but had a good healthy dinner. Then we went to see finding dory (so good šš£šā¤) and had popcorn, pretzels, and a vegan frozen yogurt. Maybe shouldn't have has eaten all that popcorn but we had a good time :)
Day 7 (Thursday 6-16-16) I had a really bad mental health day, didn't meet my goals.
Day 6 (Wednesday 6-15) Im v sleepy tired. I did a lot of work around the apartment today. I walked the animals and got my 50xp in duolingo as well as walking on the treadmill for an hour. I'm not sure why it says I got that many active minutes in, I mean I was moving furniture and carrying laundry up and down the stairs and stuff but I am skeptical that my heart rate was up where it needed to be that long. Who knows maybe it's a fitbit glitch or maybe i really did work that hard. Overall it was a pretty decent productive day.

lunch/breakfast today consisted of spinach/kale mix, kiwi, apple, orange pepper, cucumber, tomato, a lil mayo, and some chikān stirfry stuff that we made the other night warmed up with some daiya. it was super filling. and just what i needed after feeling like poop after the ice cream last night.Ā
so just a little update/rambling.
k has been doing yoga with me and a little bit of walking on the treadmill. itās nice because it helps keep me motivated when i have someone to do it with, and he has been very encouraging too. we have been eating really well, weāve been bringing lunches to work and cooking vegan and low carb food at home. itās helps alot to have k on board for this. i donāt do well with junk in the house and we both are commited to keeping only healthy food here so its awesome. well, we do have the ice cream which will be tempting but i will stay strong!
so far iāve been pretty motivated, yesterday was a little bit down but i feel energized and am sleeping better because iām actually very physically tired when i go to bed.Ā
iāve lost a bit of weight from my highest weight, but iām not weighing myself too frequently so i dont get obsessive like i tend to. itās nice seeing some progress even if itās only water weight at the beginning. i wonāt be counting any numbers until i can see some solid/consistent progress because i dont want my mood to be negatively affected by the ups and downs of the scale.

we also had pizza bagels (mine were vegan), an assortment of smoothies, buffalo bbq cauliflower wings, vegan chili, banana ice cream, and bbq chikn patties recently.Ā
day 4 (monday 6-13-16)
i did 40 minutes of yoga and walked on the treadmill.
day 5 (tuesday 6-14-16)Ā
i did 30 minutes of yoga, but it wasnāt a high intensity one and i didnāt turn my activity tracker on for it so it didnāt count it really. then did a leslie sansone workout for 15 minutes. i did mess up and have ice cream that day, cause i was high and iām weak when iām high. itās the first dairy iāve had since starting this and iām disappointed in myself, but itās okay. iāll be better.

Day 1 (friday 6-10-16)
I think I was too tired, and forgot to check my steps cause I donāt know why I didnāt just finish and make it to 10000 steps. I didnāt exercise that day because I went to visit my mum, but I guess I didnāt do too poorly for not exercising. I was in the physically demanding bank so that helped.
Day 2 (saturday 6-11-16)
I didnāt put on my fitbit until halfway through the day cause I left it charging and forgot to put it on in the morning. It was a pretty inactive day though. I had it off from work and we went to a wedding. I ate more than I should have there, but it wasĀ ācause I didnāt eat all day and was starving. I also drank, so that didnāt help but we had a good time.Ā
Day 3 (sunday 6-12-16)Ā
i did yoga for 40 minutes and walked on the treadmill for a little over 40 minutes. i forgot to track the yoga with the fitbit, so it didnt count it in my active minutes or maybe i wasnāt sweating enough, lol idk.Ā

iāve had enough time with self pity and wallowing.
i gotta get shit done. i feel sick sick sick sick from the crap i keep eating and then from purging and then from eating crap again.Ā
i ordered some meal replacement shakes and am going to go to the store to get a bunch of fruits and veggies and tupperware. i will beat this stupid eating disorder, and i will be healthier.Ā
first thing i want to do is cut out dairy. it is my downfall, it is what i tend to binge on, it is what makes me gain like crazy and also itās fucking nasty as hell to puke back up and im tired of it. i donāt want to announce going vegan, but i am definitely going to try to maintain a mostly vegan diet.Ā
this will help with wanting to eat out - in that i wont be able to cause most places are not even remotely vegan friendly.
next i will start eating breakfast and bring lunch to work. in the evenings i will have a shake and something to make it a full meal.Ā
i will exercise when i come home from work, 20-25 minutes on the treadmill every day with one rest day, alternating yoga and strength training every other day. i hope k will help me with this, i suck at doing things on my own, but i gotta. iām at the heaviest iāve been ever in my whole life and itās hard knowing i had gotten so far only to lose all the progress.Ā
i am determined and committed to doing my absolute best to stick to this every day for the next 70 days. the shakes will take about a week to arrive so i am going to do everything but the shakes until they do. i will post every day if i can and also will post my fitbit information daily as a way to measure my progress.

Day 1 (everything else)
So I hung out with Percy, and am going to thaw her mice now. I read for 40 minutes so far, spent like two hours on German and Esperanto both on duo lingo and with my Esperanto workbook. I also took Hanna for a walk. Only thing left is 20 more minutes reading, feeding percy, and cleaning hedgiesā cages.

Day 1 (fitness) I am sooooo out of shape it isn't even funny. I did 1.89 miles in 40 minutes, which is kinda sad but I made it!!! I thought I wouldn't last past 10 minutes tbh but then I started alternating speeds every minute to keep it interesting and by the time 30 minutes came I wanted to do more so I did. I was so thirsty after omg.

I decided to remake a fitblr, because I was most dedicated and active when I had a place to document all my efforts and adventures. This blog will not only focus on physical fitness but also the other areas of my life Iād like to improve on. Specifically learning languages, spending more time with my animals, and reading. I set a general goal of a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise per day for the next month or so, an hour of reading per day, and to do minimum 50xp in duolingo daily. I also assigned days to my pets when they should be handled, fed, and when their habitats should be cleaned. I have two hedgies, a cat, a snake, and a chihuahua. My goal for my chihuahua is to walk her at least once daily (she is āpotty trainedā so I donāt always take her out) and to not forget to give her mess regularly. For my snake, I want to feed her every 4 days because she seems to be ravenous by the time a week passes so Iām trying to see if she will prefer more frequent feedings, which has been working so far. She will also be handled every other day unless on or after feeding day. The hedgehogs will need their cage cleaned every two days, and need to be handled on opposite days from the snake (she can smell them and it makes her hungry) the cat simply needs to not be free fed. He needs to lose some weight.
I would like to lose 50 lbs by autumn ideally, but I mainly just want to get back to not treating my body like a food disposal and get some of that positive body image and energy back that I had when I was thinner.
