Before embarking on this journey: I was a bit indifferent, I was excited and expectant of what is to come yes- but the preparation and everything I had to do before it I think just took away (at least slightly) that excitement- subletting my room, vaccinations, pre travel shop, quitting my job, saving, figuring out how I’m going to survive when I’m back…the list goes on.

There were so many questions on my mind with so little time that it made me feel indifferent about the whole thing. I was so unsure about so many things however the one thing I knew is i'll be coming back from the trip excited about the next chapter of my life and what I had gained from the travel experiences (weird I know). So before you read on, let me tell you a bit about myself- I decided to go on the Tefl trip to Thailand and teach English for 7 weeks after in which I do some mini travels of my own and explore the beautify country of Thailand. I have however not travelled for this longed before or backpacked or stayed in hostels, or in rural or remote villages or lived in very basic accommodation or done anything like this. Yup, this sure is going to be an adventure and a half.
