Black Swan is out today! 

Reading and hearing everyone’s stories and how they relate to the meaning of this song really got me thinking of how important BTS’ messages are and how much they can communicate through their music. I instantly thought of making a tattoo design for this song because tattoos that symbolize something are really lovely to me and to many others in this world. 

I made this design for those who felt a deep connection with the song and it’s meaning/message having to do with hoping to never fall out of the way something you’re passionate about makes you feel. So here is a symbol to hold on to the things you love and how it makes you feel alive. Something that symbolizes something that will always be a part of you no matter the relationship with it.

Made some line art of the 7 for Map of The Soul. I feel like this year and this album is very special. Everything is in 7s.  I might get the 7 tattooed on my wrist in the future so I intended this to be the look of it instead of the color. Decided to share it online here in case other people felt this year was going to be special with the boys and wanted to remember it too.

“Into The New Year & Decade With BTS”

I wanted to post this on New Years Day but it was no where near finished soooo here it is 4 days later! 

I wanted to make an ot7 artwork for the new year and new decade. It feels special. Not only were the boys at Times Square performing and was there for the count down into the new year, but it was special to me because 3 years ago they performed on New Years and that was truly the time I sat down and realized I loved these boys. So for them to come back and actually perform in front of millions at Times Square this time, and also be there to celebrate going into the new decade at that moment...I truly felt like we all went into this new time full of opportunities in the future, together. 

So here is going into the New Year and Decade with BTS. <3

“You Are The Art”

This was supposed to be a very different concept when I first started working on it. However, the base colors I had for the background reminded me of the digital art museum I went to in Tokyo. So I ended up changing the concept completely to make it seem like Jimin was sitting in one of the rooms at Teamlab Borderless, Tokyo!

“Put on a happy face”

Taehyung digital art inspired from the recent Joker movie! Since I saw the trailer and some movie posters for the movie, I knew I wanted to do art of it. The movie was shot and made beautifully. True art.

Here is the artwork I wanted to do for Jimin’s birthday to show him doing something that makes him happy and that he is passionate about. Jimin is passionate about his career that involves music and dancing. I saw him perform his solo, Serendipity, a few times. Each time he does it perfectly and he has the biggest and shy smile. It’s beautiful. One thing I love that he does, is when he holds his mic (like this artwork). It’s always a memory I have. I can hear his breaths, see him walking and then breaking into the next part of his choreo, and hear the soft vocals he has. All beautiful memories.  Jimin is really important to me. So I really wanted to make him art of something that makes him truly happy. 

I love you Jimin.

Happy Birthday to my favorite person in the universe <3. It is a full moon on his birthday. I am a believer that full moons are great for manifesting great things in your life. He’s pretty great, so I wanted to make something related to the moon.
