henry is a muggleborn and gwen is a pureblood. they met in their first year on the hogwarts express and became best friends immediately.

both of them were sorted into ravenclaw and just sort of cling to each other tbfh. like i don’t think there’s a moment they’re not hanging w/ each other????? 

everyone thinks they’re dating, but they aren’t. ofc both of them have massive crushes on each other, but they’re both too dweeby and scared to make a move. henry finally mans up and asks her on a date in their seventh year

they’re ravenclaw prefects together and then head boy and head girl! #dreamcouple

after hogwarts, they get a rlly quaint and cute apartment in hogsmeade

henry is an auror and gwen is a professor at hogwarts!!!!! 

they get married at 19 bc it’s during the first wizarding war, and they’re scared they’ll get killed especially bc henry is a muggleborn and gwen is a blood traitor for romantically involving herself with him. 

he feels guilty bc she might lose her life bc she’s married to him. gwen always responds to his worries by saying: “i’d rather die a traitor if that means i get to marry you”

after the war, they start popping out babies sobs. they have 7 kids (lily, kieran, edmund, rosalind, viola, malcolm, soren) 

during the second wizarding war, henry is one of the aurors who fights at the battle of hogwarts. the entire time he’s trying to get to gwen and his kids bc he’s terrified they’re in danger. since the entire battle is a clusterfuck, he can’t. fucking. get. to. them. when he sees her standing in the great hall, he hugs her for like 10 minutes straight and only lets go when mcgonagall pries him off her bc he’s bleeding all over the place.

henry quits his job as an auror to become the charms professor bc he’s too traumatized from the war to continue on as an auror, and he can’t stand being far away from his family. this way, they can all be together

soren is a lil’ munchkin. he’s only just turned eleven and just starting hogwarts. he’s also the only kid who isn’t a ravenclaw. he’s sorted into gryffindor and cries bc he’s not like the rest of his family. gwen tells him some of the greatest wizards were gryffindors. 

ever since the battle of hogwarts, henry and gwen have had trouble letting go of the kids. they write owls to them all the time. henry’s especially bad at keeping his cool when he’s away from the family for too long. 

henry has nightmares about losing gwen all the time.

kieran (their oldest son) has rlly bad anxiety, so he often comes and sits in his parents’ office at hogwarts and watches them grade papers bc it makes him feel calm. eventually he just becomes a professor so he can be around them.

come back to bed kisses left on A’s neck and shoulder, unhurried and tender, with arms wrapped around A’s waist.

rushed late for work kisses, a flash of heat before hurrying out the door.

tender kisses when one brings home flowers for the other.

sticky ice cream kisses, sitting on a bench in the park and laughing against each other’s lips.

cheek kisses that leave red lipstick stains.

kisses absently left on the backs of hands, fingers entwined in silent comfort.

joyful kisses peppered across foreheads and cheeks between scattered giggles.

comforting kisses pressed to tear-stained cheeks between whispered words of reassurance and concern.

heated kisses with gasps in between, hands tugging at clothes and exploring skin, bodies pressed close. giving in.

long, slow kisses in the afterglow, fingers woven through hair and hearts beating in unison.

soft goodnight kisses exchanged on lamp-lit doorsteps on chilly autumn evenings.

Reading together. Gently running their fingers through the other’s hair as they read to them in a soft voice. Silently listening to the other as their voice slowly falls into a natural rhythm and they are immersed in the story they’re bringing to life. 

Walking together. Interwoven fingers and shoulders brushing together as they walk. Not even needing to speak, because a simple look or the slightest change in body language is already a conversation. 

Sleeping together. Hushed breathing and feather-light touches when one wakes before the other. Rolling over and unconsciously curling closer into each other because even when they sleep, they are in love.

Watching TV together. Volume turned up just enough to be heard without dominating the atmosphere. Absentminded little touches, gentle fingers slowly running over the other’s arm or thigh without realizing it.
