Wondering what those numbers in the circles are all about? Take a look at this! 👀

The numbers 1,2,3,4 (and occasional letter ‘T’) all refer to your fingers.

Whether you play right or left handed, the numbers will refer to the same fingers.

1 = Index

2 = Middle

3 = Ring

4 = Pinky

T = Thumb

If you play right-handed: right hand strums, left hand frets.

If you play left-handed: left hand strums, right hand frets.

You can imagine that this diagram is the very top of your guitar, right before the fretboard turns into the headstock.

The diagram starts at the first fret, unless otherwise noted.
