Quarantine got me reading shit tons of zukka fanfic and it makes me want to WRITE but I have no IDEAS so I’m suffering through tons of unfinished but amazing stories

This is a really cool perspective and I hadn’t really considered it at all! I haven't actually seen In Trousers cause I’ve just been busy and haven’t gotten around to it (I totally need to though) so the giddy seizures reference goes a little over my head. At least in the one with Christian Borle and Andrew Rannells for the revival, I could see how Marvin could be viewed as bipolar. Especially cause while times were very different back then and the era it’s set in, in the baseball game Whizzer says something like “just remember he’s psychotic” which isn’t TRUE as far as a diagnosis goes and could just be Whizzer frustrated with him, could also be him referring to potential mood swings. Since it’s more recent that we’re actually trying to diagnosis illnesses properly instead of labeling mental health as ‘crazy’. 

But I also have bipolar disorder! That’s why I was trying to find a way to write about what I deal with and a character that I also enjoy. I’m very late responding to this but if you see this, I ended up having to rush the assignment and didn’t see this before it was due so I did the assignment on Dora the Explorer as schizophrenic which was absolutely hilarious since I HATE Dora.
