Luffy not properly able to say certain things OOOOoooh i love him.

This furthers the headcanon that this universal language everyone speaks is not Luffy's first language, this phrase "it's a pleasure to meet you" is harder for him to say then "nice to meet you." Luffy only knows how to say it the informal way cause he wasn't taught to speak that way, i honestly don't think anyone ever sat down with Luffy and taught him to speak he just kinda picked it up and started communicating.

He knows the casual version of phrases "nice/good to meet you" then stumbles over more formal expressions "It's a pleasure to meet you" they are different "a pleasure" sounds more polite he doesn't know how to say it politely
