sometimes I’ll get the strangest , no context , no notes , no tags posts on my feed and I really have no clue what to say so I like them to let them know I saw it

Honestly , being an ex - anti reminds me a lot of how I used to act towards after being raised in a queer - phobic household.

how I used to treat myself as an “ anti - shipper ” is exactly how I treated myself as a “ homo - phobe ”

I was harsh towards myself for things that did not matter. for things that weren’t wrong in the first place. and now that I’ve broken out of that mindset , it’s very easy to see that I wasn’t doing any good.

I wasn’t accepting myself , I wasn’t being truthful , and I was telling myself I was some disgusting , irredeemable being because of what I liked. and because other people told me I was disgusting for it.

I really do hope all anti - shippers recover from this mindset. it feels horrible.
