Brave men love

A smile formed on his lips when Sora layed her head on his shoulder. “That’s because I haven’t bathed yet,” he laughed and sticked out his tongue playfully when Sora moved away from him. “Of course you missed the food the most. Look at you, so think, you must have starved in the school of healthy,” he poked her belly. 

At the mention of a gift, Hyoseok sat up (he was slowly sliding down the window sill, almost laying down by now) and turned to Sora, excited like a little kid. When she handed him the mirror, he looked at it, then at her, and then back at it just to see the tiny dragon form from the mist. His eyes followed it as the dragon circled around his head. He raised his hand and let the dragon sit on his palm; it stared at him for a little, then curled into a ball and changed back to mist, returning to the mirror. Hyoseok was in awe, staring at his palm for a little bit more before jumping around Sora’s neck, hugging her tightly. “Thank you, thank you, thank you!” 

"You really haven't showered, have you?" She asked massaging her neck when he let her go. Hyoseok smirked a bit and suggested for them to go and eat.

"Oh my Merlin, yes please! I am hungry like dragon!" Sora nodded and laughed, when Hyoseok told her she didn't match his hair. "Well it's true." She poked him and they both walked towards the Gryffindor tower. She took Hyoseok's hand and they both skipped like little kids through corridors. Some of the students were staring and some of them laughed shouting things like: "Well well well! Duo has reunited" "You two get married already!" etc. Sora just smiled and gripped Hyeoseok's hand tighter. She missed this idiot and she missed the adventures they had together.

"Say..." She turned to him, mischivious smile playing on her lips "What plans do you have after we eat and after we finish our schedule?" Her eyes were burning and she winked at Hyoseok.

Sora somehow has a resemblance to Amber’s nephews in her hometown. She giggled as she find Sora cute in a childish way.

“Oh. I’m Amber. You could call me anything you want, dongsaeng or hyung. Some people call me hyung since it’s really weird to call me unnie” she laughed with her own words.

“What year are you by the way?” she asked, giving her a curious look.

With her actions, Sora looked alot younger than Amber but she wasn’t quite sure so she decided to ask her. 

"I am sixth year." Sora answered. "I am sixteen, muggle-born and magical creaturs hate me." She added bitterly, shaking her head. When Amber sat next to her Sora showed her the book.

"You see, ever since I enrolled in Hogwarts I decided to explore every single thing that has to do with magic. One thing that I don't understand is why the magical creatures don't like me."

Sora dramatically placed her hand on her chest. "Am I that ugly?" She then laughed, hoping she didn't weird her friend out.

“Well in that case, welcome back”, he smiled, nodding his head. Sungyeol was different from Sora, as he was a new student in Hogwarts. The first five years of his schooling was spent on a business school, while magic was thought to him at home. Hence, he didn’t really have much chances to make new friends, though he somehow managed. “I wish I was here before. It must’ve been really fun to spend your first few years here”, he said, pouting as he said this. Nevertheless, he was still thankful that he had a chance to go to this wonderful school.

Light wind played with her hair when she scanned Sungyeol's face and her heart skipped a beat, when she realised he was opening up t her. He told her about his girlfriend being in a magical coma. Sora froze. It was as if everything stopped around her. It was terrible, terrible and sad.

"Please, don't ..." She wanted to say cry, but she didn'y want him to feel bad. "Please don't be sad..." That was stupid of her too. How could he not be sad, when someone he loved was in coma. This was something, that Sora hated about herself. Nothing tragical happened in her peacefull life, so she didn't have much experiance and she didn't know how to treat people, who have ecountered it. Sora stepped closer to the boy and placed her hand on his shoulder.

"I am sure everything is going to be allright. When there is a fall or something bad happening, it will turn into something that will fill your heart with happiness. This world is a swing. It's bad and sad, but then suddenly it turns to be good and happy." She bit her lip, trying her hardest not to cry.

"Ok! Lets sit together!" She sat next to Dara and obsereved the classroom. Some students were coming inside. Few of them Sora knew and few she didn't. She turned to Dara with wide eyes.

"I think I missed a lot really. I was away for one year so I have no idea who is who..." She was scanning the faces of classmates, trying her hardest to remember. she gave up after few minutes and sighed. "There are many new people, for sure."

It was a lazy afternoon when Amber just came in to the Gryffindor Common Room after a tiring day in attending classes. She dragged herself groggily, making her way to her room. When passing by the couch, she saw an unfamiliar figure, lying prone on the couch while swaying her feet back and forth. “I think I never saw her before. Is she a new student?” she mumbled, raising one of her eyebrows.

Sora blinked, when she heard a voice of a girl. She looked up from her book and was surprised to see fellow Gryffindor girl staring at her curiously. She had short hair and she was somewhat a tomboy. Her aura was warm and Sora relaxed a bit. She showed her the book.

"I am Sora and I am doing research about unicorns." 

She laughed. "No I was just away for one year."

“I missed you too,” he smiled and wiped off the tears from his cheeks. I missed you so much you can’t even imagine. Every morning when I went for breakfast, I hoped to see you sitting at the Gryffindor table. In classes, I always hoped the empty spot next to me will be suddenly filled by you again. I missed your stupid sunny smile, your nagging about homeworks, you calling me sleepyhead and other silly nicknames… Hyoseok didn’t say that out loud; he knew he doesn’t have to. The two of them knew how much was hiding behind the simple I miss you. 

Hyoseok smiled and wiped Sora’s tears off. “You look stupid when you cry,” he stated calmly and looked her in the eyes, and suddenly, both of them were laughing out loud.

"Everything here smells like home. Even you!" She added and poked his side, giggling. "Like eggs and bacon." She said, drools forming in her mouth. "You know what I missed about Hogwarts the most? FOOD." She said patting her stomach and laughing. When she finished giggling she looked at Hyoseok and smiled.

"I have something for you."

She searched her pocket and finally found it.

"Here." Sora handed him something that looked like a mirror, but there was no reflection in it. Instead colorful mist was dancing inside, creating mini-thunder.

"This is something like an encyclopedia of dragons. I know you wanted a little dragon, but you can't have him now in Hogwarts... So I found this in France." She touched the surface and a little dragon was formed from the mist. It flew out the mirror and flew towards Hyoseok, making circles around his head.

„Hyohyo…“ Hyoseok furrowed his brows. After all the time, it was a reflex; Hyoseok was still asleep. Not for long though.

Bam, something heavy hit his head. Suddenly, he was wide awake, his hand already rising to hit the person responsible for this, but then his eyes caught a glimpse of the light blue fabric. He stopped his hand and his head shot up, his lips forming into a smile as soon as he saw her face.

„You look so horrible in blue,“ he giggled. „And those clothes make you look even shorter than you are.“ It was all his brain was able to come up with, that’s how happy he was to see his best friend after a year. He felt tears forming in his eyes and quickly blinked a few times to hide them from her.

"Idiot!" She smacked his shoulder. "I'm not short! And blue is in this season..." It was all she could utter and she placed the back of her hand on her mouth. The sobbing was now uncontrollable. 

It has been one year. One whole year and now that she saw him the cocktail of emotions was spilled on her head. It was her first year in Hogwarts when she met her best friend. He was a bit of an introvert back then, but nevertheless she found him fascinating. Sora didn't know anything about magic, when she found herself in Hogwarts and watching this boy with bright red hair, getting along with magical creatures on the castle grounds fascinated her. She started to follow him and eventually turned into a stalker. Remembering old days she closed her eyes and her sobbing got even harder.

"You have a great side-profile! Love it!" She told her.

When Dara agreed to be her model, Sora jumped with happiness and grabbed her hands.

"You will look g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s! I promise!"

"It was Peeves. I'm sure of it!" She remembered her encounter with a certain prefect from Slytherin who helped her with Peeves. She then remembered how the ghost followed her, whispering nasty stuff right above her head. He was really angry because the boy managed to shut him up earlier.

He shrugged with a cute pout, equally as hesitant as Sora. “Honestly, I don’t know, but it couldn’t hurt to try, right?”. He then took the sandwich from her, then slowly lifted up his hands the same way Rafiki held Simba in The Lion King. “Oh great Giant Squid, these are gifts we offer to thee”, he said solemnly, closing his eyes. After a few seconds of silence, Sungyeol looked to Sora and smiled. “Just kidding”. He didn’t know why he thought of doing what he just did, but hey, if you were a weirdo like Sungyeol, then that type of action was understandable. Sungyeol crouched down and gently laid the food on the water, allowing it to float gently along.

They continued in their so called ritual and Sora's eyes were fixed on the sandwich, floating on the surface of the lake. She heard Sungyeol asking her about her days in Hogwarts. Sora looked at him and smiled brightly pointing towards the castle. "I feel like I've returned home." She confessed. "I was away for one year and it feels good to be back. I've met new people too and I hope I made new friends." Sora winked at him and returned to her scanning of the lake. Something suddenly felt heavy and she looked at Sungyeol again. It was as if sudden cloud appeared around him and it was full of sadness. Sora tilted her head.

"So you are a Prefect?" She finally saw the badge and she could swear it winked at her. "WOW! You must be a very responsible person!" Sora always admired Prefects. She would propably end up mistaking newly sorted Gryffindor students for students from other house, leading them to their common room on her very first day. She scratched the back of her head and looked at the boy feeling a bit awkward.

*whistles too* Ayo! Wassup? *laughs*
