Did i ever share this here? I wanted to design an illustration for frankenstien and had this idea to incorporate ~electricity~. This is from 2024 and is not perfect but im still proud of how the light looks on the body. Especially that hand!

Haven't painted like this in so long. I followed this awesome youtube video. my first attempt was rough so I took another shot just freestyling what i learned and came up with this. i am in shock lmao ive never painted like this

-hot-pressed paper with posca acrylic markers. I've been trying to find paper to use posca markers with that dont rip them up. Some hot pressed paper holds up better, this one is not awesome. but the smooth surface and thickness allowed for minimal layering of paint before it started pilling.

Luna Moth and Pileated Woodpecker. fun fact, all the luna moths I saw camping were just hanging out at the bathrooms? and i watched the pileated woodpeck get real pissed off at leaves in his way. it was so entertaining. these bad boys are enormous!

finally got posca markers and they are a blast! I went camping last week and im feeling pretty inspired
